Pay online or on the app:

• Log into your account online at: http://residents.rentalsuccess.com

• Download and log into the Online Portal By Appfolio app: iOS or Android

• Pay via Card: There is a variable fee (depending on the amount processed) to use a credit or debit card.

• Pay via eCheck: There is a $2.49 fee to pay using your checking or savings account.

Zelle your payment: 

• This option is FREE!  
• Zelle your payment to rent@rentalsuccess.com.
• Be sure to enter your address where is says "Add message".
• Don't have Zelle? Check with your bank or credit union to see if Zelle is available to you.

Pay with cash at any CVS, Ace Cash Express, Walmart, or Walgreens store:

• Contact us to request your in-store payment code.

• There is a $3.99 service fee charged by the store to process your cash payment.
