Move-Out Notice

Move-out notices must be in writing and delivered to us. The following methods of delivery are considered to be in compliance with this requirement:

• Use the Request Notice to Vacate option under Contact Us within the Resident App,
• Email your move-out notice to rent@rentalsuccess.com, or
• Mail your move-out notice to one of our locations.

Move-out notices must be in compliance with your lease. Time is of the essence. We cannot help you if you miss the deadline.

Military release: The lease may be terminated early when a military servicemember receives applicable military orders. The orders and move-out notice must be in alignment with applicable law, in writing, and delivered together.

Moving Out

Read your lease. It contains the information you need to ensure that you move out on good terms. The move-out process cannot be negotiated. Your lease and applicable law govern your move out and security deposit disposition.

Email us at rent@rentalsuccess.com one week before your move-out date to schedule a move-out inspection. Move-out inspections are performed Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

If you are unable to meet at the property for the move-out inspection, you may drop the key(s) off at one of our locations.
