Our Fees
One to Four Unit Property
Licensed REALTORS® specializing in property management, backed by local and remote support staff, efficiently lease, manage, and coordinate maintenance on residential property in their care.
Monthly Management Fee
10%
Each month Owner will pay Rental Success® 10% of the gross monthly rents collected that month.
Leasing Fee for New Tenancies
100%
Each time the Property is leased to a new tenant, Owner will pay Rental Success® a leasing fee equal to 100% of one full month's rent to be paid under the lease.
Renewal or Extension Fee
25%
Each time a tenant in the Property renews or extends a lease, Owner will pay Rental Success® a renewal or extension fee equal to 25% of one full month's rent to be paid under the renewal or extension.
Service Fee
10%
Each time Rental Success® arranges for the Property to be repaired, maintained, redecorated, or altered as permitted by this agreement, Owner will pay Rental Success® a service fee equal to 10% of the total cost of each repair, maintenance, alternation, or redecoration.
Fees Related to Insurance and Legal Matters
$100/Hour
If Owner requests or instructs Rental Success® to coordinate or communicate with any insurance carrier regarding any casualty to or on the Property, or if Owner requests or instructs Rental Success® to appear in any legal proceeding or deposition related to the Property, Owner will pay Rental Success® $100.00 per hour for Rental Success®' time expended in such matters and in preparation of such matters.
Multiple Property Discount
Analysis and Quote
Do you own three or more separate one to four unit properties? Rental Success® offers discounted rates and fees to clients that place three or more separate one to four unit properties under its management. Talk to us if you have a multi-property account.
Offsite Managed Multifamily Property (5+ Units)
Local and remote Rental Success® staff leases, manages, and maintains multifamily communities through a centralized system and uniform operating procedures.
Monthly Management Fee
6%
Each month Owner will pay Rental Success® 6% of the gross monthly rents collected that month.
Leasing Fee for New Tenancies
50%
Each time the Property is leased to a new tenant, Owner will pay Rental Success® a leasing fee equal to 50% of one full month's rent to be paid under the lease.
Renewal or Extension Fee
25%
Each time a tenant in the Property renews or extends a lease, Owner will pay Rental Success® a renewal or extension fee equal to 25% of one full month's rent to be paid under the renewal or extension.

Onsite Managed Multifamily Property (5+ Units)
Rental Success®' corporate team and regional managers direct and supervise the operation of multifamily property operated by dedicated onsite staff.
Monthly Management Fee
3%
Each month Owner will pay Rental Success® 3% of all income the property generates that month.
All expenses pass directly through the property at cost.
