How to Contact Us
No Phone Calls or Voicemails
We, you, and your landlord are bound by your lease and the management agreement governing the property. All communication must be in writing to maintain required documentation. We consider emailing us at rent@rentalsuccess.com to be "in writing".
The only time you should call and/or leave a voicemail is to report an emergency. See Maintenance below.

Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We are closed weekends and holidays.
Utilities
You are responsible for all utilities. Unless a utility is allocated or paid for by your landlord (check your lease), utilities must be started in your name prior to move-in.
Resident Benefits Package
Effective September 1, 2024, all new and renewing residents must be enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package at a cost of $45.00 per month, in addition to and payable with rent. Click here to learn more about the Resident Benefits Package.
Required Insurance
You are required to maintain and provide proof of $100,000 in personal liability coverage for the duration of your lease. You may obtain this coverage from any insurance company. If you fail to maintain and provide proof of the required coverage, you will be automatically enrolled, without notice, onto a forced-placed $100,000 Liability to Landlord insurance policy at a total cost of $15.00 per month, in addition to and payable with rent. This force-placed insurance policy provides only the required $100,000 personal liability coverage and only for the property. Rental Success® strongly advises you obtain your own insurance so that you receive the many benefits of a renters insurance policy.
Keys
You'll be provided one key for the property at move in. Once you have moved in, a work order will be issued to have your home rekeyed.
Mailbox keys can be obtained at the U.S. Postal Service by taking a copy of your lease agreement and your ID to the nearest post office and letting them know you just moved in.
We expect that all sets of keys and garage remotes be returned at the end of the lease. You will be charged for the cost to gain access and rekey the home if they are not returned to our office.
Inventory and Condition Form
The inventory and condition form needs to be completed and returned to us in accordance with your lease. The form can be returned via email at rent@rentalsuccess.com, or in person at one of our office locations during regular business hours.
Late Fees
Rent is due the first of each month. Rent received after the first of the month is late. We give a two-day grace period. You will automatically be charged a late fee Midnight on the fourth if you haven't paid rent in full by then.
If you are charged a late fee, do not attempt to negotiate it. Paying rent on time is your duty, not ours.
Maintenance
Maintenance requests must be submitted through your resident portal, or called in or texted to (737) 340-5772.
Maintenance emergencies are not based on a person's level of discomfort or frustration. An emergency is an issue that is causing an immediate, ongoing, unescapable threat to life and/or property. Heating and cooling breakdowns and/or having only cold water are urgent repairs, but they are not emergencies requiring a response outside of operating hours.
Vehicles
Park only in the areas specified in your lease or indicated by parking lot signage. Performing maintenance on your vehicle and parking inoperable vehicles on the property are prohibited.
