Each month Owner will pay Rental Success® 7% of the gross monthly rents collected that month.
This fee covers the cost of staff, offices, and systems required to provide the best service to your tenants.
Each time the Property is leased to a new tenant, Owner will pay Rental Success® a leasing fee equal to 70% of one full month's rent to be paid under the lease.
This fee covers the cost of marketing, advertising, leasing agent commissions, websites, lease forms, scheduling services, and technology required to lease your property.
Each time a tenant in the Property renews or extends a lease, Owner will pay Rental Success® a renewal or extension fee equal to 35% of one full month's rent to be paid under the renewal or extension.
From the moment a new tenant moves in we are focused on building a good relationship. We want them to renew because it saves you on make ready expense and leasing fees. This fee covers the cost of inspections, market research, and leasing agent commissions during the lease renewal process.
Each time Rental Success® arranges for the Property to be repaired, maintained, redecorated, or altered as permitted by this agreement, Owner will pay Rental Success® a service fee equal to 10% of the total cost of each repair, maintenance, alternation, or redecoration.
This fee covers the cost of staff, systems, and technology required to ensure we are available and ready to take action 24/7/365 on all repairs.
If Owner requests or instructs Rental Success® to coordinate or communicate with any insurance carrier regarding any casualty to or on the Property, or if Owner requests or instructs Rental Success® to appear in any legal proceeding or deposition related to the Property, Owner will pay Rental Success® $100.00 per hour for Rental Success®' time expended in such matters and in preparation of such matters.
