Our website is our 24/7 office. Tenants may log in to view their account, pay rent, submit repair requests, and obtain a copy of their lease.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.; closed weekends and holidays.
You're responsible for all utilities. Unless a utility is allocated (check your lease) at the property you leased, it must be started in your name prior to your move in. Cable and other services may be contracted through the service provider of your choice.
Renters insurance is required. Your new home is insured by its landlord, but that insurance does not cover you or your belongings. You may obtain renters insurance from any insurance company. Most tenants obtain renters insurance from the same company they insure their auto with.
We will contact you the morning of your move-in date and provide you with a code to access your keys from the lockbox installed on the front door of your new home.
You'll be provided one key for the property at move in. Once you have moved in, a work order will be opened by our office to have your home rekeyed. The locksmith will provide you with two keys. Additional, lost, or stolen keys will be at your cost.
Mailbox keys can be obtained at the U.S. Postal Service by taking a copy of your lease agreement and your ID to the nearest post office and letting them know you just moved into a new home and need keys to your mailbox.
We expect that all sets of keys and garage remotes be returned at the end of the lease. You will be charged for the cost to gain access and rekey the home if they are not returned to our office.
Inventory and Condition Form
The inventory and condition form needs to be completed and returned to our office within 7 days of your move in date. Please don't forget to sign the checklist. The form can be returned via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or delivered to 1000 Heritage Center Circle, Round Rock, Texas, 78664.
Rent should be paid via your online portal. If you prefer you may mail us a money order, cashier's check, or personal check. Rent cannot be paid in person.
Payments are due on the first of the month. Anything received after the 3rd of the month is
considered late. Late fees are 10% to 12% of one full month’s rent.
Maintenance and Emergencies
All maintenance requests must be submitted in writing or through the app or your online portal at http://residents.rentalsuccess.com.
For after hour maintenance emergencies, please submit a work order via the app or online portal and then call Adrian Briones at (737) 222-0000. Leave a voicemail if prompted.
Please be sure to park in the areas specified in your lease. Performing maintenance on your vehicle or storage of inoperable vehicles on the property are prohibited.
Condition of the Property
We work very hard to make sure you have a welcoming, warm, and safe home. Before any tenant moves in, we repair anything that may have been broken during the prior tenant's residency. We also hire a professional cleaning service before you move in. It's important to us to provide a fresh start for you. We do expect that the property, at the end of the lease, is returned in a clean and acceptable manner.
Move Out Notice
Move out notices must be in writing and delivered to our office. You may email us a move out notice at email@example.com and we will consider that in writing and delivered. Under no circumstances can you call in, text, or tell us in person your move out notice.
Move out notices must be at least thirty days and the move out date must be the last day of a month. Time is of the essence. There is no room for leeway if you deliver your move out notice even just a few hours late. Please plan properly and ensure you give a proper move out notice when the time to do so arrives.
Military release: The lease is legally ended early when a military tenant receives applicable military orders. The orders and move out notice must be in writing and delivered, together at the same time, to our office. An email with both items attached will be considered in writing and delivered. Under no circumstances can you call in, text, or tell us in person your upcoming military move. The notice being at least thirty days and move out date being the last day of a month requirements, both apply.
Read your lease carefully. It contains the information you need to ensure that you move out properly and on good terms. The move out process is not something to be negotiated. What the lease states, goes.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org one week before your move out date to schedule a move out inspection date and time. Move out inspections are performed Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
If you are unable to meet at the property for the move out inspection we will place a lockbox on the front door before your move out date so that you can place your keys inside when moved out. Contact us one week before your move out date to request a lockbox if this will be necessary.
