Adrian Dylan Briones brings more than twenty-eight years of professional experience in the areas of single-family residential and multi-family asset property management.  His company Rental Success, Inc. dba Rental Success® is well respected for its reputation to provide great services to its owner and tenants.

Overall, Adrian Dylan Briones, is currently managing over 500 units in Austin, Central Texas, and El Paso through Rental Success®. Adrian Briones has over his long career managed thousands of rental units, including single family homes, and apartment communities across Texas, and has developed a keen expertise in the tenants’ selection process as well as collaborating with a team of top services operators for maintenance coverage. He currently oversees a team of professionals that work full-time at Rental Success®.

1996 – Present: Texas Real Estate Broker and founder of Rental Success®. Started Rental Success® in El Paso, Texas managing single family homes. The single-family portfolio currently has over 200 homes, and the multi-family portfolio currently has 500 units under the direct management of Rental Success® and Adrian Dylan Briones.

1999-2002: Austin, TX: Started as Manager of apartment complexes, then became Acquisitions Manager assisting in the implementation of the companies’ culture, policies, and procedures on new properties under their care in Austin, Midland and Waco, Texas. Oversaw, managed and operated thousands of units, hired, trained, supervised and coached over a dozen onsite staff members in multiple cities, and audited properties and their performance.

2002-2022: El Paso, TX: Relocated back to El Paso, Texas and continued to manage the single-family homes in his care hands on. Implemented the knowledge and experience he learned working in Central Texas and rapidly became the most tech savvy, advanced property management company in El Paso, Texas. In the early 2000s, Rental Success® was the only property manager in the area with an online presence, and the ability to accept online rent payments and online rental applications. This distinction helped grow Rental Success®.

2022-Present: Round Rock, TX: Rental Success® moved its headquarters to Round Rock, Texas to expand its service area across Texas, while still maintaining its longstanding management accounts, office, and staff in El Paso, Texas. The company has started to acquire management accounts throughout Central Texas, adding to its El Paso base and increasing its capacity, setting the stage for exponential growth.
