Rental Success® will list and market your property for lease, screen tenants, generate and execute a lease between you and your new resident(s). Once leased, the lease and new residents are turned over to the Owner.
Owner will pay Rental Success® a leasing fee equal to 100% of one full month's rent to be paid under the lease.
Rental Success® onboards your property and provides full leasing and management services on an ongoing basis.
Each month Owner will pay Rental Success® 5% to 12% of the gross monthly rents collected that month. Actual fee is determined after a no-obligation consultation. Factors such as expected monthly rent amounts, term length of the management agreement, and number of properties and/or rental units an owner is onboarding determine the monthly management fee applied to each property.
Each time the Property is leased to a new tenant, Owner will pay Rental Success® a leasing fee equal to 100% of one full month's rent to be paid under the lease.
Each time a tenant in the Property renews or extends a lease, Owner will pay Rental Success® a renewal or extension fee equal to 50% of one full month's rent to be paid under the renewal or extension.
Each time Rental Success® arranges for the Property to be repaired, maintained, redecorated, or altered as permitted by this agreement, Owner will pay Rental Success® a service fee equal to 10% of the total cost of each repair, maintenance, alternation, or redecoration.
If Owner requests or instructs Rental Success® to coordinate or communicate with any insurance carrier regarding any casualty to or on the Property, or if Owner requests or instructs Rental Success® to appear in any legal proceeding or deposition related to the Property, Owner will pay Rental Success® $100.00 per hour for Rental Success®' time expended in such matters and in preparation of such matters.
Each multifamily property is unique in its operation. For this reason a custom management plan and quote is prepared for each multifamily property.
